Production of a Computer CD-ROM

I have a friend who participated as an actor on the production
of a computer CD-ROM. The filming is complete, and the
CD is under production and in search of funding.

* What is her rights to the work she did?
* She has not signed any form of release, and what steps
can be taken to protect her interests in the project?
* How can we make sure she gets her "share" of the income.
