Law Office Automation is an "old" subject...yet, many law firms have not fully implemented the technologies necessary to automate key functions within the firms. I would like comments and opinions on 1) what steps law firms take before implementing new technologies, 2) who within a law firm is the decisionmaker for such new technologies, and 3) where do these decisionmakers go to find out about emerging and existing technologies? Thanks in advance for any information provided!
