I live in the state of New Jersey. I was denied my unemploymment because they said I voluntary left. I left because I was to get another position and that did not work out. I had asked for help repeately because I had a very heavy workload, and never got it.
What are my chances of them changing their decision?

my indiana ui claim was denied based on ic-22-4-15-1(d) knowing violation of. . .policy. i'm a driver. i had accidents. doesn't "knowing violation" require premeditation or at least intentional disregard for standards of conduct or the like? am i crazy or do i have a basis for an appeal?
