2 years ago I was involved in a (3) three car accident; car #1 came to a complete stop, car #2 (my car) also came to a complete stop but car #3 failed to stop and reeneded my car sending my car flying into car #1. Now the driver of car #1 (a truck) is sueing me for $1,000,000 for personal injuries. I was the only one that was sent to the hospital with multiple injuries. I have no money, lost my job and I am still suffering from injuries. My biggest fear is that I have a house. Can this person try to get my house since I have no money. In need of a good lawyer.
